F-104 Starfighter (Yıldız Savasçısı), Amerikan Lockheed firması tarafından tasarlanan bir bombardıman uçagıdır.
Amerika Birlesik Devletleri, Kanada, Almanya, Italya, Japonya, Pakistan ve Türkiye tarafından kullanılmıstır. Kısa kanatları yüzünden herhangi bir motor arızası ya da güç kaybı sonucunda hava tutunması çok az oldugundan planör uçusu yapamayan ve sık sık bu sebepten düsen uçaklardır. Alman Hava Kuvvetleri'ndeki yüksek kaza oranından ötürü "uçan tabut" olarak anılmıstır. Alman Hava Kuvvetlerine ait 100'ün üzerinde F-104 G uçagının, kullanıldıgı süre içinde kırıma ugradıgı söylenmektedir.
Türk Hava kuvvetlerinde F-104G, TF-104G, F-104S, CF-104A ve CF-104D modelleri 1964’ten 1993 yılına kadar hizmet vermistir. Kıbrıs Barıs Harekâtı sonrası hava kuvvetlerini takviye etmek amacıyla, Italya'dan elde bulunan F-104G modellerinden oldukça farklı olan F-104 S tipi 40 adet uçak alımı yapılmıstır. 
 
 
The F-104G Starfighter is one of the most renowned fighters in aviation history and also the one with the longest operational service. Its history began at the end of the ‘50s and ended with some air forces in the mid-2000s. Its unique airframe, with slender fuselage and very little wing surface, made this aircraft ideal in an interceptor role. Due to the thrust of its General Electric J79-GE-11A afterburning turbojet engine it could exceed Mach 2,2 with a first class rate of climb.“Starfighter” cockpit model has a the typical internal layout of the ‘50s and ‘60s fighters, which was ‘home’ to many former NATO pilots. The fine detail of the instrument panel typical of the period, is matched by the highly accurate reproduction of the Martin-Baker ejection seat.
